Research interest:
Numerical analysis and its application to mathematical
modelling.
Aiming the application and development towards computational
science and engineering as well as mathematical modelling, the
research of numerical algorithms and mathematical software is
carrying out for systems of ordinary differential equations
(ODEs) and related problems. Current research topics are:
- Discrete approximate solutions of large scale ODE systems;
- Parallelization and high performance computation of them;
- Integration of numerical and symbolic-algebraic computations;
- Discrete methods preserving invariants of the system;
- Numerical solution of stochastic differential equations and its
stability;
- Discrete variable solution of delay-differential equations and
its stability;
and
- others relevant to the above.
